Your name in lights on Broadway for only $4.95

hershey.jpgFor a mere $4.95 you can pay to have your name in lights on Broadway - at the Hershey's chocolate store.

At a booth inside the store at the corner of Broadway and 48th Street, anyone can concoct a 10-word message to run along the electronic board that wraps around two sides of the store.

Each message repeats and is mixed among the text from other customers and advertisements for Hershey products.

You can choose from canned missives such as "Here's a giant kiss for (blank)" or compose your own from scratch. And yes, they've had marriage proposals run up there.

And how long will your glory last?

Fifteen minutes, of course.
