The Plaza furnishings priced to move

Beginning Friday at 10 a.m., The Plaza will open its doors for a pre-renovation clearance sale. Priced to move, buyers will find 5,000 dinner plates, 10,000 pieces of flatware, 3,000 lamps, 500 doorknobs, 1,000 TV sets, along with linens, draperies, stemware, kitchen equipment and sofas.

Although it costs $10 to get in to the sale, it's open to the public from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. It will run for six weeks unless everything is sold before then.
