Tasting menu at Per Se rises to $175

Per Se, Thomas Keller's culinary Mecca at the Time Warner Center on Columbus Circle has raised its meal price to $175, according to Manhattan User's Guide. That $175, of course, doesn't include any of the accouterments such as wine, tip and tax. Details from the Per Se web site:

There are three menus offered that change on a daily basis: A five course menu with selections, a nine course tasting of Vegetables and the nine course Chef's Tasting Menu. All menus are $175. Each is written daily and showcases the finest available products of the season.
