Long Island Rail Road sending e-mail service alerts

The Long Island Rail Road yesterday launched a free e-mail service that lets commuters get service alerts sent to their computers or pagers, accoridng to the Post. Sign up at the MTA's LIRR site. (Link found via Corante.)
