How to speed the wait for Empire State Building

The lines to get to the top of the Empire State Building can take 30 minutes to three hours, according to the Detroit Free Press, which also notes you can speed up your wait by buying and printing your tickets online. You can also call -- and get a live person no less -- to find out the wait time: (877) 692-8439. Right now it's 45 minutes -- typical of just about every time I've visited.
