Gansevoort: bad bar, bad neighbor, bad food
The trendy Hotel Gansevoort is a "bad neighbor" with a "bad bar" according to neighbors in the MeatPacking District. The Villager reports from a local community meeting: "We have drunks coming out at 4 o’clock in the morning and puking on our doorsteps, cabs honking even though ‘No Honking’ signs are posted." Possibly related, the Times earlier this week gave a horrible review to Ono, the hotel's restaurant.
