Romantic restaurants for the 'warm and cozy' set

With Valentine's Day on the horizon, romantic restaurants are booking up fast. If you are looking for something in the category of "warm and cozy," maybe with "the magical skyline," Newsday offers up six.

Le Colonial, La Grenouille and March get the nod for Manhattan and Frenasia, Tournesol and Water's Edge are recommended if you're in Queens. Frenasia is a new Asian-fusion spot in Howard Beach, located at 163-35 Cross Bay Blvd.
