Hot hotels too cool for kids
As if this wasn't obvious, if you're bringing the kids to New York, you'll probably want to skip the boutique hotels, according to the New York Times. Their intrepid traveler gets a warm greeting over the phone from The Hudson, but upon arrival it all goes haywire - though it sounds like it might have regardless of the children.
