Biltmore Room builds booth for cell phone users
Chelsea's Biltmore Room has redesigned the restaurant's dumbwaiter to look like an updated phone booth -- but users have to bring their own phone, the Daily News reports. The soundproof box has cushioned leather walls for soundproofing, an antenna fitted into the masonry and a 9-foot high ceiling. (Link found via The Morning News.)
