You can get there from here

While New Yorkers appreciate the sport of figuring the best way to get there from here, if you're not a regular, you may like some help. Try HopStop.com, which lets you type in any address in any of the five boroughs of New York City and it will tell you how to get there by subway, bus and foot. I tested it with a few address and found it OK. None were better than the ones I would have taken myself, but most were decent options. Well, except for the one that told me to walk along the Brooklyn Queens Expressway for 9 minutes.
