Terminal 5; the new 'it' terminal at JFK

Before the architecturally important TWA terminal at JFK takes on new life under Jet Blue, it will house the multimedia exhibit Terminal 5 curated by Rachel K. Ward, Time Out magazine reports. The exhibition "respond(s) to the transitory nature of travel, architecture and contemporary art." Located next to the existing JetBlue space, Terminal 5 can be reached via AirTrain, which provides frequent, fast and free service among JFK's terminals. So in theory you could check in for your flight and then head over to Terminal 5 before heading back to catch your plane out. The show will run Oct. 1 through Jan. 1.
